SHIFT - Hold shift and click two tiles to select the region between them CONTROL - Hold control and click multiple tiles

Allows all the same abilities of singular tile selection, except for:
- Adding/removal of layers if the selected tiles do not share the same number of layers
- Editing of flags on layers above the lowest common denominator of selected tiles
