Working JQuery + React Overlay #8

Complete the basis of the Hackathon site, using the gif that will be the sites' background with the JQuery ripple library we're using.

A working example of this exists in this ZIP: jquery.ripples.zip

Note: the working gif + ripples example is in demo/trial.html

I know how to do this now, but we are putting this off until more things are working so we can decide if it looks good or not.
