resolves #77

separates the register page into Welcome, About You, Contact Info, School Info, Hackathon Info, and External Links categories
adjusts the font color to all input fields / option selectors to be the same shade of gray
includes a blur backdrop to the bg fields of all our pages to allow for easier readability for content within the page
modifies Resume upload box to justify text in the center
