Webm Video

I was wondering if the project would consider support for expanding webm 
thumbnails and allowing them to loop, etc. 

Obviously, as of yet, there isn't a huge need for the support, but as we can 
see with the new 4chan update, which allows webm attachments, it could become a 
viable means of displaying videos without using the old and fatty gif as it is 
doing already on the site.

Just thought I would put this up here in the event it might be considered.
