Please add mouse wheel up/down for album scrolling. #710

Problem description: When going through albums, its annoying to use my keyboard 
to sort through the whole album, if you could add the mwheel up/down that would 
be much better, thanks.

URL (web address) where the problem occurs: imgur albums.

Hover Zoom version:Latest
Google Chrome version:Newest
Operating system:Win 7

Could this be made optional? It's almost impossible to control with laptop 
two-finger scrolling and interferes with page scrolling.
