Hi.
I don't know if you are aware of this. There is a developer called iWizard /
SuperJuiceApps that attempts to hijack popular Chrome extensions.
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hover-zoom-quick-installe/kgjlgffmhfko
ndbfladglpleacleclef?hl=en-US
They have an extension in the Chrome Web Store that offers to install the Hover
Zoom extension for the user. And it already has 1570 users. That is 1570 of
your users that they have hijacked.
This seems like something that you would like to take action on / know about.
They had an extension called “LastPass Quick Installer” that said that it
installed the LastPass extension for the user.
I reported them to LastPass and they got the app removed from the Chrome Web
Store.
You might want to do the same.
Regards.
