Text links not working correctly

Thumbnails work fine, but a text link to the same place does not work right. 
Issues is mostly with imgur albums, GIFs, and webm.

Here's what happens with GIF/webm: http://i.imgur.com/nCaUsIu.png
In that image I was hovering over the text; if I moved to the thumbnail it 
would work fine.

Albums only show one image.

This has been happening for maybe a week now. I use Hoverzoom 95% of the time 
on Reddit, but I'll assume this issue isn't isolated to a single site.

Hover Zoom version: 1.0.38
Google Chrome version: 41.0.2272.16
Operating system: Windows 7 x64

Same stuff happens to me, and on top of that, when hovering over text nothing 
happens, i need to wait till it would normally load (0.1 second) and after that 
move cursor over same link without leaving its area - then it would finally 
load. 

Others reported this issue as well (Issue 814 from 5th December), but seeing 
it's close to 2 months since that report and nothing really changed... I'm 
afraid we have to look for an alternative :(

Shame since I loved the extension and used it for a long time!

It works with gfycat, but does not do imgur's gifv, that's the only flaw I've 
found so far.

Having this problem as well. Also other text links just load and immediately 
disappear.
