Using Python 27 on path:

Thanks for the report, looks like I forgot to add the new required argument to 
pmImgCreator.py in the py2c.bat file.

- Added "-f pmfeatures.py" in 2 places in py2c.bat
- Added thanks in README

Only affects windows platform, that I can't test.
Mainlined directly.
