Turbine exhaust plume is gimbaling with the engine in some engines #27

KSP: 1.12.5.3190 Linux & 1.7.1 Breaking Ground Waterfall: 0.9.0 StockWaterfallEffects: 0.7.0 B9PartSwitch: 2.20.0

In some engines, the small turbine exhaust plume is gimbaling together with the engine bell, even though the exhaust pipe does not. This happens at least on the Spark and Twin-Boar engines.
