VS directory properties for template .in files are sometime erroneously added to the header file directory. #21

The cotire prefix header are also in "Header Files" while they should be in "Generated"

The problem was fixed in a series of commits where the last was 06bb7bed7bf5430a5e535b35bf9979692af97545
