The documentation should allow selecting between different versions. #27

It would be good if users could access the documentation pages that where created for older release versions of the CI-project and the packages. The CMake documentation does it with a combo-box https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/

Maybe the sphinx documentation pipeline allows this by default, because the python docs also have this functionality.
