naclports won't build against NaCL SDK >= 291561 #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build or update to a NaCl SDK >= r291561.
2. In naclports, type 'make'.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Builds and installs naclports.
Actual: "error parsing SDK README: path/to/nacl_sdk/README"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Any.

Due to NaCl SDK bug (due to Chromium switching to Git):
