An FSO build, not a FSO build

Hmm I think I might be missing something :D I always read it as a FSO build since F is a consonant (but quite possibly that's just me!)

A and An go by sound, like in "an honest day's work". "FSO" is pronounced something like "effesoe" so "an" matches it better than "a".
