Make sure buttons aren't joined to other areas, small spacing adjustments throughout. Hopefully more to come on other sub-tabs later.

EDIT: There's a screenshot of the current version. I forgot that I also reduced font size on the combo boxes inside the packages sub-tab.

This one looks all done, though a few branch conflicts have arisen.

I resolved the issues, it was the buttons as i expected.
