More Dev tab subscreen adjustments #67

This adjust a lot of spacing in the details sub tab to make it look fine in the default resolution and keeps them looking good by disallowing them from moving when the size is changed.

Ok, changed it a little more. And changed spacing in the package manager as well. I think I'm satisfied with the changes.
