pull-all not working as expected on Windows #13

  1. I'm using GIT bash for Windows, I was trying to get help for pull-all.sh but instead it failed in printing the help and proceeded with normal execution:

    $ ./pull-all.sh -h
    GNU bash, version 4.4.23(1)-release (x86_64-pc-msys)
    These shell commands are defined internally. Type `help' to see this list.
    Type `help name' to find out more about the function `name'.
    Use `info bash' to find out more about the shell in general.
    Use `man -k' or `info' to find out more about commands not in this list.

A star (*) next to a name means that the command is disabled.

2. Option `-a` (to enable HTTPS) is not listed in `help` method.

ad 1. - this is not only problem with Windows. There is no matter for which operating system we try to use help.
