Upgrade Knot.x Project 2.0 to Vert.x 3.6.2.

Description

Vert.x 3.6.X introduces security fixes and new features connected with the Open API integration.

Upgrade notes (if appropriate)

It is the BOM configuration, we need to recompile all 2.0-SNAPSHOT modules.
