Knot.x Forms migration guide #7

Describe the bug Knot.x Forms replaces Action Knot. It contains its own Adapter implementation and changes in snippets syntax. Please update 1.5.0 release notes with migration guide.

Additional context We expect that the migration guide would be reflected in knotx-example-project changes.
