Fragments modules refactor: Knotx/knotx-fragments#154.

Upgrade notes (if appropriate)

Some modules are replaced:

io.knotx:knotx-fragments-action-core -> io.knotx:knotx-fragments-action-core + io.knotx:knotx-fragments-action-library
knotx-fragments-handler-core -> knotx-fragments-task-handler + knotx-fragments-task-factory-default
knotx-fragments-handler-consumer-html -> io.knotx:knotx-fragments-task-handler-log-html
knotx-fragments-handler-consumer-json -> io.knotx:knotx-fragments-task-handler-log-json

Types of changes
