Description

Upgrade of a Vert.x version to 3.5.1 - necessary adjustments in knotx-core.

Motivation and Context

since 3.5.1 Vert.x supports Junit 5
new features in 3.5.1 vertx-dropwizard
Jackson library upgraded to 2.9.3
