Remove full integration tests and sample content

all full integration tests should use the example project: https://github.com/Knotx/knotx-example-project/issues/2
Knot.x Core should not provide mocks and sample data

we need to validate how to run full integration tests to validate changes in different repositories

This is invalid. All integration tests moved to https://github.com/Knotx/knotx-stack. Every Knot.x module (https://github.com/Knotx) defines its own integration tests too.
