Adding unit tests for Knot Engine.

Description

fixed Fragment serialization (auditLog)
added helper method for creating audit log entries
proceed & failed methods in Fragments

Motivation and Context

The main Knot.x module has no unit tests.

Upgrade notes (if appropriate)

Exchange proxyAddress -> address in Knot routing.
