sh:objectSubjectsOf should be changed to sh:targetObjectsOf in madeBySensorConstraints.ttl and madeObservationConstraints.ttl

I do not think so. There should be one targetsOf and one objectsOf for domain and range, respectively.

it's just simple syntax error because there is no objectSubjectsOf defined in SHACL. targetSubjectsOf and targetObjectsOf are two predicates used for domain and range restriction respectively.
