QGIS tool styling #10

Feedback from the testing session:

Text coloring (Qt issue?) Overall styling does not seem to work on Windows

The tool works well for Mac but has font-color issues (white text) for Linux / UNIX environments. Similarly, the windows environment had no styling applied to the tool.

Added a single QSS file to apply designs to both dialog boxes.
