Rename repository #270

We should rename this repository to reflect the name change away from the faceted search and to the knowledge explorer.

We should still rename this repository, but make it clear in the Readme that the counterpart to this repo is the phuzzy.link repo, which acts as the dereferencing service.

@zhurui0509 I can do the documentation/readme stuff if you change the name of the repository

Closing this since we're keeping this as the Faceted Search - but referring to phuzzy + faceted search as the Knowledge Explorer
