Tab name not updated #342

When switching tabs, the URL param isn't updated to reflect the new tab.

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://staging.knowwheregraph.org/search?tab=place
  2. Click the 'hazard' tab
  3. Note how the URL hasn't changed
