• Interact with end users to see if the ontology is intuitive
• Do have product owners
• Do (practice) choose a standard to follow
• Do spend a little extra time to develop naming standards/names. Helps not have to break compatibility/switch things around once they are already in production
• Do have an ontologist
• Don't have too many ontologists because too much discussion

Development

• Do have a data engineer
• Do (ontologies) add, deprecate. Don't (ontologies) delete/change

Validation

• Do have common questions
• Do write tests in SPARQL/SHACL
