Another file path issue: HP vs MP can't find HP termset TSV #26

The HP vs MP comparison fails when it attempts to concatenate the HP and MP termsets.

12:09:46  + cat HP_terms.tsv MP_terms.tsv
12:09:46  cat: HP_terms.tsv: No such file or directory

This is because the file is named HPO_terms.tsv, not HP_terms.tsv. 🤷
