Ingest improved HPO/GO/MONDO ontologies from Nico's post-processed TSVs #101

Per convo with @deepakunni3 @matentzn

As an improvement on our current ingest of ontologies, Nico will ingest and perform a transform of ontologies of interest (HPO, GO, MONDO), make links between ontologies each more implicit (e.g. HPO phenotypes to GO terms, MONDO diseases to HPO phenotypes, etc), and emit a KGX-style TSV that we can ingest.

Update: Nico has produced the transform of the ontologies described above https://github.com/obophenotype/covid-kg-ontology-preprocessing and will give us files we can ingest soon
