@deepakunni3 @dougli1sqrd @cmungall this PR:
converts all of our canned sparql queries from our bespoke YAML format to grlc 'rq' format
made a
yml file
containing links to these sparql queries, so this swagger endpoint:
http://grlc.io/api-url?specUrl=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Knowledge-Graph-Hub/kg-covid-19/master/queries/sparql/urls.yml
should magically appear when this PR is merged
changes the
run.py query
command to use these rq files instead of our YAMl format
