Knowledge source on edges is unclear #462

Describe the bug

Edge knowledge sources are included but are only Graph.

To Reproduce

grep "Graph" merged-kg_edges.tsv

Expected behavior

Newer versions of kgx handle edge provenance in more specific ways, so the ingests may need to be updated accordingly.
