Addressing errors in tokenizing input data #472

Also remove the TCRD data - it's not actually used in this KG

I think this is due to one of the larger inputs, like STRING. Trying them locally now to see if they merge independent of other data sources

Going to try merging this and running the build. If it still fails then one or more transforms may need to be rewritten, in case they are parsing some line(s) incorrectly.
