DrugCentral includes indications but this isn't currently ingested. We do ingest the Defined Daily Dose table, and while that implicitly references the primary indication for a drug, it doesn't state what that indication is.
This ingest will need to retrieve the omop_relationship table and potentially the doid table, though I think DOIDs in DrugCentral are mostly used as xrefs rather than the primary URIs for diseases.
