Would like to map the UMLS CUIs or SNOMED IDs to MONDO or HPO. For MONDO, there are already skos:exactMatch relations to provide the xrefs

In HPO they (UMLS CUIs, at least) aren't in the KG-OBO graph but are in the OWL as hasDbXrefs

Use the xrefs!
