3 years ago - Pure passthroughs for DrugCentral and GO-CAMs are now validated by KGX by doing a transform tsv -> tsv, same as with the OBO ontologies
- Update TCRD source TSV to 12.4
- Ingest, transform, and merge STRING human subset
- Ignore STRING PPI below a certain confidence score threshold - done during ingest
- Update DrugCentral to 2021_09_01; ingest with Koza
- Change merged graph file names (i.e., node and edgelists) to 'merged-kg' for ensmallen compatibility
- Update Koza to 0.1.5 and adjust Koza ingests for header option
