Transform updates

• Fixed an error in tcrd-protein transform (it was including DrugCentral IDs, incorrectly)
• Updated HPA transform to accommodate newest release (source format changed, of course)
• Added transform for HPA protein expression associations by subcell location - these are mapped to GO component terms
• Expanded all test_transform_utils cases to cover full Koza transforms - ~they're essentially all integration tests and they take ages to complete, but should cover many more error cases and potential source data issues~ or at least as much of them as we can manage without becoming burdensome

Had intended to include protein families from TCRD here but that may make more sense taken directly from Interpro; the free-text-ish ones in TCRD look like they came from UniProt but those are curated from multiple sources.

Test environment ran out of memory. Will have to scale back the larger tests.
