IRI and version for `cdno` not detected #188

Describe the bug

A previous version of cdno was assigned the version no_version, though a more recent transform has the version '2022-06-23'.

Additional context

This no_version version can be safely deleted.

Deleted the directory, updated tracking.yaml and index in kg-obo/cdno.
