Add `deprecated` column #122

This updates kgx and adds deprecated to the kgx output columns

I ended up converting from the pythongen pydantic model to pydantic, because I was running into a type_designator check problem with remapped classes. I don't think this should harm anything.

I assume this is technically a draft until @sierra-moxon releases biolink 3.5.5, and then we can get rid of the git dependency. (though, I wouldn't be opposed to bringing this in to just be able to run, so that we can get a new monarch-kg release out this week)

Not too worried about pre-release dependency since we're the main users of this kg
