URLs to KGX TSV `tar.gz` files in two builds are 404 #132

See for example the link to the KGX TSV tar.gz file for the 20220304 build on this page, with this 404 link: kg-phenio.tar.gz

Seems to be 404 for the 20220414 build too.

Other previous builds seem okay though, for example the 20220428 build here

(these are obviously pretty old builds, but they are at the top of the page, which is why I noticed)
