See https://github.com/monarch-initiative/monarch-app/issues/684 Edges between MONDO and HP should also have the has_phenotype predicate.

This is half-fixed: the predicate in these edges is still biolink:related_to but the association category is now biolink:DiseaseToPhenotypicFeatureAssociation.
