Always capture the ontology relation as original_predicate #154

I noticed recently that we have a lot of biolink:related_to in phenio that obviously started as something more specific. Ultimately, I'm sure we'll want to represent more of them in biolink, but in the short term it would work to just put that into the original_predicate field.
