Support annotations in .rq queries for creating custom query paths

Right now, to define a custom query you have to:

• Write the query.
• Edit the yaml spec.
• Add the path to the spec manually.

Instead, we should be able to add the path as an annotation in the query so it is attached to spec automatically.
