3 years ago This was not actually an error; it's just that the path to the config has to be declared using the path separator used by the system
When running the JAR in Unix, OBA does not write the files to the output directory and I get an exception on not finding ontology0 file, which should have been copied from the input ontology. I have not seen this error in Windows.
