We should probably apply supervised classification only in the following cases:

The text is not .bib
We don't know the header
We have not found the right header (e.g., if there is citation, do not try to find another one)
We know the header but it make sense applying it (e.g., invocation in description/install), but not in ack.

One question as well is whether we should include the name of the repo as a feature. May be important for description
