Extraction data provenance #449

We should indicate somehow in the JSON file some provenance of the extraction, such as: version of somef used, when was the analysis done.

This is important information, because, e.g., the number of stars varies from date to date. And from version to version, somef may have changed!

Note: these changes should also be propagated to the rdf-star mapping.

Fixed in dev branch (for the JSON) and will be out for the next release
