Boot with docker compose #15

This is currently a work in progress. It changes nothing for developers not using docker-compose and provides an example container orchestration for those that are. Related to wenzowski/dialogue-map/docker-compose.yml.

If you play with this on a mac via boot2docker you will be displeased with the performance results, however this is a particularly useful chunk of code for fiddling to find out if the elasticsearch version is to blame for breakage.
