Add bf:hasInstance to all bf:Works #39

To support new Elasticsearch functionality, all bf:Work entities need a new triple, bf:hasInstance that links to bf:Instance.

Same applies as with the bf:hasItem. The indexing process auto converts bf:instanceOf to bf:hasInstance during indexing
