After data is loaded allow for auto indexing of data into elasticsearch.

Will now index the dpla data.

need to add the rml mapping
need to add other index to processing updates i.e. bf:Work query has all of the data to index subjects, items, instances etc
need to add multiprocessing for large batch querying
