Wanted to quickly document the full contribution cycle in TLDR.

I have never used Jekyll before and this clears up some of the hurdles that I ran into. I hope this can help others.

Simply wanted to clear up the full contribution cycle. I had a fun time learning how to install the ruby dependencies and running jekyll.
