This would solve cases when:

some people want to use just 1 package and avoid other dependencies
adding 1 new behavior opens door for new dependencies and BC breaks, e.g. https://github.com/KnpLabs/DoctrineBehaviors/pull/579
makes maintenance of dozens of package as simple as one
